Tasty Smoothie recipes Worth Repeating!

Looking for Smoothie recipes? Here are a few of my favourites!

Add a twist to your usual routine with this healthy and delicious smoothie. Between blueberries, strawberries, and doTERRA Vanilla protein, this smoothie is sure to be a hit with the whole family!  

COOL BERRY TWIST SMOOTHIE
½ cup almond milk  
2 scoops Vanilla doTERRA Protein  
½ cup strawberries, frozen  
⅓ cup blueberries  
⅓ cup plain yogurt  
1 drop Lemon essential oil

Recipe yields approximately two smoothie servings (8 ounces per serving). For those who prefer a larger smoothie size for one serving, the recipe and amount of protein can be adjusted accordingly.​​​​​

With this smoothie, it’s easy getting greens! doTERRA Greens is packed with fruits, veggies, superfoods, and all the nutrients that come with those healthy plants. Add some banana, extra spinach, Lime oil, and creamy avocado and you’ve got a seriously powerhouse smoothie on your hands. 

GET YOUR GREENS SMOOTHIE
12–14 ounces water
2 scoops doTERRA Greens
1 handful spinach
½ banana, frozen
½ avocado
1 handful ice cubes
1 drop Lime essential oil

This recipe yields approximately two smoothie servings (8 ounces per serving). For those who prefer a larger smoothie size for one serving, the recipe and amount of greens can be adjusted accordingly.

Just about everyone loves a good PB and J! This recipe has all the fun flavors of the classic sandwich blended up into one delicious and healthy smoothie.  

PB AND J SMOOTHIE
½ cup almond or cashew milk 
2 scoops doTERRA Greens 
½ cup strawberries, frozen 
1 banana, frozen 
½ cup raspberries 
1 tablespoon peanut butter 
1 drop Lemon essential oil

​​​​​​​For those who prefer a larger smoothie size for one serving, the recipe and amount of greens can be adjusted accordingly. This recipe yeilds 2- 8 oz smoothies.

RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

Smoothies are a delicious, convenient way to get in your fruits and vegetables for the day. This smoothie bowl recipe includes antioxidant-rich raspberries, as well as Lime oil, which is often used as an internal cleanser.* Whether you want to start off your day with a nutritious breakfast, or blend up an afternoon snack, this raspberry smoothie bowl is a delicious addition to any day of the week.

Ingredients
2 cups frozen raspberries
⅔ cup light coconut milk


1 large frozen banana
2–3 drops Lime oil
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Shredded coconut
Shaved dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen fruit, coconut milk, chia seeds, and Lime oil.
  2. Puree until mixture is smooth.

    Tip: For desired consistency, add more frozen fruit if too thin, or more water or coconut milk if too thick.
  3. Pour mixture into bowl and top with shredded coconut, shaved dark chocolate, and any other desired toppings.


Tip: For a nutritional boost, add a handful of spinach or other leafy greens to this mixture before blending. 

Calling all chocolate lovers! This healthy, protein-packed Chocolate Almond Swirl smoothie will satisfy your appetite as well as your sweet tooth. 

Chocolate Almond Swirl Smoothie
½ cup almond milk
2 scoops Chocolate doTERRA Protein
1 banana, frozen
1 teaspoon almond butter
1 handful ice cubes
1 toothpick swirl Cinnamon Bark essential oil

There is enough in this recipe to have 2 – 8 oz smoothies. For those who prefer a larger smoothie size for one serving, the recipe and amount of protein can be adjusted accordingly.

With your choice of nut milk, peanut butter, banana, and a bit of Cinnamon Bark oil, you’ll go nuts for the symphony of flavors in this healthy smoothie.  

Go Nuts! Smoothie 
⅔ cup almond or cashew milk 
2 scoops doTERRA Fiber 
1 teaspoon peanut butter 
1 teaspoon coconut butter 
1 banana, frozen 
1 handful ice cubes 
1 toothpick swirl Cinnamon Bark essential oil

Prefer a smlaeere smoothie, there is enough in this recipe for 2. For those who prefer a larger smoothie size for one serving, the recipe and amount of fiber can be adjusted accordingly.​​​​

Make all your tropical smoothie dreams come true with this delicious recipe. This smoothie is hydrating, sweet, and packs the perfect boost of protein. 

Tropical Dream Smoothie
12–14 ounces coconut water
2 scoops Vegan doTERRA Protein
1 banana, frozen
1 cup strawberries
1 drop Wild Orange essential oil
