Meet Your CHC
I am a Mother of 3 children and 6 beautiful grandchildren ages 13 to 4, I am from a family of 9 siblings. Cancer has been a huge part of our family's medical history. My father died of a blood cancer, my sister was taken by breast cancer and my youngest brother of brain cancer.
For a long time I thought that would be my future as well, but I decided to take back control.
Our diet and lifestyle can put us in the driver's seat when it comes to our health. I changed my path and
I now help women who have digestive issues (Gut issues) with meal plans and health coaching that can be personalized for their particular needs.
As well as ways to improve their health so that they can be free of digestive disorders, and IBS symptoms.
